The Pueblo is one of the earliest villages of Summerlin, located along the Summerlin Parkway corridor in the community’s northern section. As one of the original villages, The Pueblo has matured into a well-established neighborhood with tree-lined streets, mature landscaping, and a strong sense of residential identity. For buyers who value the character of an established Summerlin village over the newness of recent construction, The Pueblo is an excellent fit.

Home prices in The Pueblo generally range from the mid $500s for smaller single-family homes to around $1.2 million for larger estate properties.
